Long story as short as possible. My WONDERFUL Rheumatologist, Teresa, retired. I have been taking 2 medications, Duloxetine since 1997 and Pregabalin since 2005. LILIAN OFALORA-ROJAS”, who in my opinion gives QUACKS a bad name, decided on our first meeting of “3” minutes that she’s no longer filling my Pregabalin AND reducing my Duloxetine. We found him to be very arrogant, and does not listen to concerns because he has his mind made up. Does not show real concern for patient. Very defensive when we told him about husband falling 3X day after stint procedure. Also left a complete untruth on my patient portal. Would not recommend him at all. Office staff is friendly. Dr Bagley is outstanding. He cares, he listens and he is thorough. I have a very serious condition and have felt well taken care of by his actions. I highly recommend him.
Emergency staff did a great job with me tonight. Had an acute abdominal incident and nearly all 10 Staff were excellent. Kind and proficient! My Kidney Stone was painful and difficult to experience , but the staff was spot on, and helped me through the experience.. Thank You , Thank You, Thank You., for choosing to do your job with such kindness.
It has become more rare these days to find a physician with great knowledge, experience and a laser focus on their patients, but I've been so pleased to find an amazing, caring physician leading to my first Google review. Lacks professionalism when dealing with patients families. She is great until you disagree with her.
This is worst hospital in my life ever, my daughter had injury and went there and doctor checked and did stapled stitches without cleaning injury spot, no prescription, no bandages and they charged 4458$ for just 3 staple pin for 2min. Not sure from which universe planet they are importing staple pins.
I arrived 30 minutes early for a 9am appt. I waited 40 minutes to be see only to be told that Dr. Ginart “doesn’t do Medicare physicals”. This was not mentioned when I arrived and signed in. The appointment was made 4 months ago and this was not an issue at that time. I “checked in” online last week and no mention of a problem. The office staff is inefficient and uncaring. Not happy with Dr. Harrison's office at the moment. Always have prescription refill problems and it takes almost a week to get the front desk to get to the Nurse Manager to OK my medication refill. It'll be 5 days now that I haven't had my necessary medication. and I'm starting to feel the effects. The bottle says 2 refills, but someone at the doctor's office retracted the refills and CVS won't fill it. I'll be at their office first thing to straighten this out .... without an appointment.
