I brought them two pieces of jewelry to repair. These pieces were not of high monetary value but had significant sentimental value. They treated my pieces with the such care and respect. The customer service was professional and friendly and the turnaround time was reasonable.
Terrible service. When we entered all sales people were with customers no one bothered to even say hello. While we were browsing another couple entered the store. When a sales person became available they went over to serve the other couple, though we had been waiting. Could it have been because we younger? Wearing jeans and tshirts? Sure did feel like that was the reason. We made our purchase at another jewelry store who provided excellent customer service.
Been coming here of almost a decade now for battery watch replacements, jewelry repairs, lay-away customerand still coming back for their great reasonable price jewelries, great and very flexible-considerate owners with excellent customer service!
