Uncaring, not compassionate. Front desk is bad, as has been said, but eventually I got used to that and didn't mind it. I did mind the doctor's increasingly dismissive attitude about my condition. To be treated for a medical condition these days you have to go to a bunch of different doctors because none of them want to see you as a person, just as whatever organ they're focused on.
Dr. Popa is the Best!! She is very attentive, compassionate, and thorough. I truly feel fortunate to be in her care.The staff is also great: professional, kind, and responsive.

The laziest ever. Do not go here if you want good health outcomes.
The office manager is incredibly rude and condescending. I originally thought it was just me, but after reading other reviews, I realized this is a recurring problem. She talks to patients like we’re children—or like we’re at a free clinic. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Popa’s for roughly 5–6 years, and during that time, I’ve never once been told to call my insurance to see what insulin is covered.
