Bravo I cannot say enough positive accolades about his clinical expertise and compassion.
I did not personally see Dr. Shieh, but I was with my partner who did. We were seeing Dr. Shieh for a detached retina. The optometrist said he had a horseshoe tear and that he needed to have surgery right away. Dr Shieh examined my partner and was rather dismissive of his symptoms and a little grumpy. He reluctantly referred us to a retinal specialist who we were able to see the same day. Doctor Shieh has been my eye doc for six years, and performed cataract surgery on my left eye. He is personable and competent, and I highly recommend him.
