Very friendly. Nice people great customer service and everything I bought from the store is genuine.please check them out for all your gold and diamond jewelry.
Avoid this place, misleading and dishonest service I was told the chain I purchased was 18k gold, but it turned out to be 14k. On top of that, I gave them three separate charms to melt and remake into a single custom piece, and what I got back was less than half the height and size I expected. This isn’t just bad customer service, it feels deceptive and wrong. Be very cautious!!!
