Emigrant Storage facilities are very good. Excellent customer service in the front; Danny and Raphael are very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you all. You all are fantastic!
Giving it a one is because they seemed friendly up front and my spot for my motorhome seemed okay., it was right up front!! At first you are shocked by the past payment fees (pretty out there). I went toget someting out of my MH on the second month is was there to find it broken into and all the small carriable valuables were taken (TV, DVD player, binoculars, portable DVD, CD's, DVD's. The worst place ever. Dawn in the front office had the worst customer service ever. They go thru your sheds...don't buy your look there they have the master key. If you are late on bill they charge you 80.00 to send a letter...Stay any from here....Dawn in front office you suck.
Clean Facility - Fast Friendly Service - Eay to work with
I have rented an upstairs unit for over a year and it is very irritating to have to wait for them to bring a lift to the unit everytime you need to move something heavy- to make it worse, they frequently tell you it's 'too windy' to use the lift, or it is too close to closing. Also, they have nothing set up to pay your bill automatically every month- you have to mail in a check or bring it in to them.
