How absurd is it that the parts guy can't tell me what the $2,000 bed cover is made of before I buy it? The part number is 19417403
One star is too high. These people are worse than government workers. Called 4 times after speaking to someone in parts. No answer. They screen their calls. That was part of the reason I quit bringing my vehicles here 3 years ago. They had gotten a new service manager, and almost all new employees. This guy talked as if the money was coming out of his pocket. I will never be back.
Excellent service. Although can feel nonchalant at times, know what you need and these folks will take care of you
