Emi is not just a real estate agent. She thinks about what is most important for the customer's life. She was with me from the brain storming to the closing. Every time when I encounter the problem, she solved it with me. She was on top of everything. I can't imagine the better partner to go through this co-op purchase processing than Emi. My experience with Emi Yamasaki as my broker was a wonderful one, and I cannot recommend her work enough. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but she is also a woman who truly cares about the well-being of her clients. I would highly recommend retaining Emi Yamasaki as a personal broker to anyone looking to move to New York. Emi was great, very quick to respond, very amenable to answering all the different questions I had and very accommodating of all the different requests. Both the building owner and myself were super satisfied working with her and I think we both walked away very happy with the rate we got and the final brokerage fee. Definitely recommend!
