I think Emi Wilhelm/Spicey is very caring, kind, and passionate loving person. She always say hello, she greets me by my name. On test results if there's any problems she always gives me a call and that I need to come in to see her. If she needs to see me she always have one of the nurses call and say that I missed an appointment, or need to make an appointment. To make sure that I need to reschedule or schedule an appointment to see her.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've always felt safe at Immanuel.
E. Wilhelm provided adequate care. Unable to see my long-time NP, I missed the familiarity and compassion I have always experienced at my CHI clinic. That said, Wilhelm diagnosed and prescribed solid medical care.
