I had a great experience! She was professional, easy to communicate with before my appointment, and made the entire process stress-free. My parts were neat, my braids came out exactly how I wanted, and I left completely satisfied. The shop was clean, quiet, and comfortable. There is plenty of free parking, and having food options like Chipotle and a BBQ spot right downstairs was a nice bonus.
