Got my car back without the job being done and damaged after 4 weeks of "I'm starting it tomorrow.", "My guy is off", "I'm really busy this week.", "I have one car infront of you.", "I'm coming in saturdaay to start it.", "I can't tie up a main hoist." (Despite a hoist not even being needed for the job being done.) and excuse after excuse. A complete waste of my time. Avoid.
My car needed a tune up. The place I usually take my car for service was asking for an unreasonable cost for this to be done. My cousin referred me to Emi Auto Service and boy was I glad he did. I dealt with Frank and found him to be an honest, reasonable, fellow. You can tell he cares about his work, customers and maintaining the reputable image of the shop. I was recommended to this auto mechanic from a friend, and I'm glad I came here! First and foremost the shop is impeccably clean, which shows professionalism and attention to details. The service director / maintenance technician Frank was very thorough assessing my vehicles issues I had concerns with.
