Great communication keeping me informed about Erik’s expected time of arrival. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem in a quick and efficient manner. Cost for labor, materials and travel were reasonable. We will continue to use EMG Mechanical for our future HVAC needs.
If their service is anything like the way their employees drive, I’d send your money elsewhere. Driver of one of their vans was in the passing lane on I-96 today, driving extremely slow, would not clear out into the right lane no matter how many people passed him. Slowed down on purpose to cause traffic jams. Completely unsafe and a horrible representative of the company.
EMG Mechanical was efficient and showed up on time. They did the work and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend using them.
For years Eric and his crew have done consistently good, honest, reliable work. With EMG you will have a contractor you will feel confident to call again.
