This is my idea of an ideal gym. Plenty of space to move and the best thought out equipment and layout for strength training. It almost makes me want to be a trainer. Evan himself is a well of knowledge and experience. If you’re hoping to get stronger he can help.
This is totally the best training studio I have ever been a part of. Evan, my trainer, makes me feel like family as he shows special interests in what my personal needs are, what I can and can’t do because of my physical limitations, and offers healthy lifestyle suggestions. The complete package! I love working on getting healthy and looking better and Evan makes it fun and challenging at the same time. Thank you for helping me be a better me!
Awesome gym with great equipment. Everyone is super nice and courteous.
