I’ve always been nervous about dental visits, but Emessa Dental completely changed that for me. From the front desk to the dental assistant, everyone was kind and friendly. The dentist (Dr. Dayana Hassoun) explained my treatment clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The clinic is spotless, and I appreciated how efficient and organized everything was. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be returning.
A single visit to this clinic turns out to be almost a nightmare. I would recommend staying away from this clinic. First phone call I told them I already booked an appointment with someone that was 7 days away, but I needed an appointment as soon as possible because I had very bad toothache. They told me I could came in the second day. I showed up at their office as scheduled. They were very nice and had me filled out and signed lots of paper before doing X-ray exams for me. Staff was very friendly! They were very helpful and explained any issues we had. Everyone was very professional and kind! Would definitely recommend Dr Omar!!
