If I could leave a 0 star rating here I absolutely would. Admittedly getting a puppy during COVID meant our options were limited as many of the vets we first reached out to were either not taking new patients or were under 4 week plus waits to get an appointment. On our first appointment with Dr. Anderson she did not bother to come out to introduce herself. I appreciate how kind the staff is and that the doctors will take the time to see my cats even when booked up, to call me and to look at my videos.
Staff is friendly and location is great. The lobby is a little small so if your pet has issues with other pets or people it may not be the best location.
They are fast, the Dr. I see is very handsome, it helps with the sting of the bill! Hahaha They are all very nice there.
The doctors are nice and competent—and not afraid of my giant galoot of a dog (or his spitfire little sister). Plus it's walking distance, which is very useful.
The doctors are very nice. I've been taking my cats to them for several years now. The office is clean, smells nice and they always try to make an appointment available if needed. My cats include a kitten and an eighteen year old cat and all are treated with care.
My cat is fighting for her life in the hospital after this place missed a mass in her abdomen. I have never once given a review this bad so that should make it clear how horrible I feel this place is.
