I have been a member of Emery FCU for 30 years. I have had the last 3 or 4 car loans from this. I just got a new car in December, 2023, through Emery. Easiest process I've ever been through with a loan. It was all done over the phone and email. I didn't even have to go in to sign paperwork. Everything was in order when it was finished, and I was able to drive off in my new car carefree! I highly recommend joining Emery if you don't already belong. We've been members for 15 years and have always had great experiences working with Emery. When we needed a car loan recently, we called and had everything worked out very smoothly and quickly. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
I love emery I have been with them for years, but yesterday my son got turned down for a consolidation loan, what bothered me the most is he had to wait without proper communication for 7 days just to hear no, I personally feel like a no should never take 7 days people need help so they need an answer as soon as possible.
Emery helped me with my 2nd mortgage. The loan officer, Sharon, went above and beyond to help me with different options I had. Everything was taken care of through email. So fast and easy! Thank you, Emery!
