To start things off, my only positive experience coming here was getting my eye exam done. Now to write on the negative experiences, when I went to get my frames, I was promised a 7-10 day time frame, not being informed that it would take longer due to my prescription. Once they exceeded that time frame, I went to call them to get an update, which ended up in constant broken promises, as well as speaking to staff who were unable to answer my questions.
