Awful experience. Landlord Don Emery stole my roommates furniture and my full security deposit of $625.
Do not ever rent from Don Emery at Remax!!!! These are pictures of the house he rented to college girls. His properties are disgusting and in unlivable conditions. This particular house has mold, bugs and rodents. He stole items from our girls before their lease was up. We filed a police report and they suddenly appeared from his home. He is also threatening to keep their security deposit for false reasons. He came up with bogus repair bills of an employee of his named Brent. This guy is horrible and a crook!!! BEWARE!!!
