They built lovely homes but were overpriced. The biggest downfalls for me are nothing for kids to do. No parks, no playground, and movie theater are far away. No shopping mall, but a lot of fast-food restaurants. I wished they had built parks and playgrounds before building all these houses. I want to purchase a home there, but my kid's not in agreement because Tradition lacks things to do. The City of Port St Lucie doesn't care about providing activities for kids.
An amazing community with wonderful residents. Just the right size. Not a mega community.
