Emery Air admittedly installed our air handler unit incorrectly. They came back to fix one problem but the service tech said our coil was cracked. He soldered it and said he'd let the office know it needed to be replaced. We've now been dealing with the for 3 years. They have sent multiple people out, have promised to fix it but haven't. I will say that they have come out and charged the coolant a few times for free but they've simply not fixed the issue. On Thursday my A/C went out , I called Emery air and heat and they were at my house first thing Friday morning to inspect and fix the problem. I would definitely recommend this company , Fast , Reliable and very friendly people.
I never do reviews but I think this is necessary... I have been patiently waiting for a “part” for over 3 months with no results and decided to cut my losses and go with another company who came out right away and fixed the problem which was a cracked cylinder by the way and no part was ever needed. Even though I paid for twice a year maintenance with emery, I will take the loss and go with Merritt Island Heat and Air..
Stay away from emery air and heat he does not know what he's doing he misses simple problems with units I had him out to service my unit he missed a simple problem with the unit it was leaking refrigerant and the thermostat was also bad tried to charge me $600 for vent covers that I did not need no invoice before he ordered the product he just decided to order it
I have used the Emery Company for many, many years. They have always been very professional, courteous and always VERY capable of fixing all of my air and heat needs! When I bought my new home, they installed a new air conditioning and heating unit into my home and I have been very happy with it every since! I would definitely recommend EMERY AIR &'HEAT!
