I have been a customer with W. S. Emerson since 2013. I don't do a lot of business with them but I have placed several orders over the last few years. From my experience, they process orders quickly and get your items to you quickly. I did recently have a bit of trouble in regards to one of my orders. They reached out to me and made things right, which I respect. At the end of the day I think that they truly do care about the customer and will strive to reach an amicable accord.
Just called to get some information and it was clear they did NOT want my business. Answers were very short and rude. Apparently I was putting him out to ask. I'm glad their business is doing so well that their customers service is no longer important. Clearly they don't need any new clients. Hats off to them.
Worst customer service I have ever had. Ordered safety vests for May 30 (memorial day ) event on May 3rd -\-\ said I want this exactly as my org has them. Was told 2 weeks from ordering and additional week to do embroidering/screen printing. -\-\ So I shold have them by the 25th them -\-\ YES. When did I get them? June 2nd (STRIKE ONE) I pick them up and the embroidery was done but the back screen printing was NOT -\-\ took back to get fixed - My sales guy went home early so I got Mary (I think) and told her what went wrong.... read more
