Had an emergency arise, I brought my husband to the littleton location, not knowing they were closing within 5 minutes, the ATTITUDE from the front desk was UNACCEPTABLE !!! She was extremely rude and turned her back to us while talking to other staff members who also were not the nicest either !!
I had a great experience with Emerson Urgent Care in Littleton. Both the nurse and doctor were compassionate and experienced & got me sorted out quickly for a repeat bladder infection post ovarian cancer surgery. This is the 4th time our family has gone there in 3 years & every experience has been very good. I am very happy to have this place 3 miles from my home.
Our experience with this place has been DISAPPOINTING and FRUSTRATING! We got back from vacation today and me and my kids really needed a covid test before heading back to work/classes tomorrow. So I started calling places and found this one in Litteton which is about 45 min away from me. I was told by the staff that they offered rapid tests and that it takes 15 min for the results, which was just what I needed. She got all my information and told me to be there at 3:45pm.
