I had a Procedure done there and I have to say the staff is absolutely wonderful! I was fortunate enough to have Diana, Kristen, Sarah, and Julie as my team and they were patient, personable , caring and kind, all around wonderful people! I can’t say enough about them, my experience with Emerson spine was a very positive one! I highly recommend them!
Dr Rene Rickert in my opinion is one of the best, most compassionate Drs that truly listens to her patient. I've been seeing Dr Rickert over a year now for disc degeneration of my lower back. I also have Lupus so I'm a very sensitive patient. Her and her staff are always right on my care with true compassion and problem resolution to get me out of pain I just did my second lumbar injection which has been a god send. Dr Lee and Dr Rickert (sp?) have been very helpful treating my husband’s back pain. The nurses at the hospital during the injection were also wonderful. Warm, efficient, professional, and accommodating of my stressed-out last-minute phone calls.
I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication from this doctor’s office. After my appointment, I used their online portal to request further testing and received no response. A few weeks later, I followed up and was told the doctor would respond in a day or so—but I never heard back. A month after that, I wrote again asking for a follow-up or at least an explanation for the lack of response. My message was marked as read, but now it’s been over two weeks with still no reply. I had back pain from 2015 to 2023 and they were the first people who listened to me and decided to help solve the problem. It was a small fracture and they fixed it for me. My life has changed for the better because they listened when no other doctor would.
