RecommendedMaintenance is great. Great pool, parking, and storage space. Low rent for having Washer/Dryer in unit. Since it's an old mill, I don't think we ever lost power even during some very bad nor'easters. Lived there for 2 years.
Awful staff, awful everything
The new manager/rental agent is wonderful. He is pleasant and professional, always listens and takes action immediately. Maintenance is wonderful. Building has a few problems due to the area, would benefit from security that would actually enforce parking rules, etc. Some neighbor issues and kids getting into the building and running around. Over all it's an ok place. Very noisy though from traffic and lack of soundproofing. Rent seems high.
