RecommendedI’ve enjoyed living here so far! The residents are very friendly, everyone works to keep the area clean, and the apartments are conveniently located around a lot of great places while feeling like a safe area. Love seeing all the dogs in the community!

Moved here in September 2019 and so far it has been a very pleasurable experience. Office staff is very nice and helpful, Parcel pick up is a big plus because you can can retrieve your packages 24/7. Very nice pool area and lounge. I'd say this is the best place I've lived at in a very long time.
So far the maintenance staff has been very quick! Every one has been very friendly! The only problem I see is lack of parking in uncovered spaces. I normally have to park at least a building or two away from my Appartment which isn’t fun. Apart from that I have loved the Appartment!
Candace hung the moon. From the time of my initial application she has been amazing. KUDOS Candace! Her follow-up is tremendous and she always greets me with a great smile and by name.
I love it here. 2.5 years and no complaints. Clean, well kept, safe, and quiet.
We think that 90% of the people who serve their tenants should change, since they do not have some of them in good shape. The Valet Trash Service is Mandatory, is a real offense, because they also charge you the Trash separately. They do not take into account the loyalty of some of their tenants to apply a fine in the specific case. The rent is too expensive and if you renew it does not go down, rather it goes up.
