My fiancée and I just had a tour here and we were very impressed, especially with Deija. She didn't treat us like we were a burden, like other complex tours. She handled all our questions with ease and showed us multiple apartments. She made our choice of trying to get into Emerson one that we made with enthusiasm, because Deija made us feel like family and we couldn't be more grateful.
A few days overdue posting this but Deja and McKenna went above and beyond to help me work through some logistics this week. Many thanks to the ladies in the front office who I feel like are always trying to help their residents! Appreciate you!
The whole place smells like curry Carter. I would suggest to put the curry order in one side of the building.
Deija was fantastic throughout the entire tour process. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and gave us an honest, detailed look at the property and amenities.
