Would like to take a minute to highlight Deija for her out of this world customer service & for the building itself. While searching for an apartment, we stumbled across the emerson and honestly debated touring. From the second we stepped inside Deija greeted us with a very warm welcome. She took the time to get to know my roommate and I & listened to what exactly we were looking for in a new home. 2nd Review for Summer 2026 (since Google apparently doesn't let you post multiple reviews): The summer may be sweltering, but I am continually impressed by the dedication of the maintenance crew in helping me resolve issues that have popped up. Special shoutouts to Chuck, Brandon, and Jimmy for helping with my refrigerator/freezer functions, plumbing issues, and electrical / lighting issues in one of my rooms. Brandon provided outstanding service. He was friendly, professional, and clearly put a lot of care and effort into his work. He took the time to make sure everything was done properly and left everything in great condition. I really appreciate his hard work and dedication. Highly recommend!
Brandon Moore very quickly called and offered to fix a non-emergency request after hours. He was thorough and kind throughout, explaining things to watch out for that might have contributed to the issue. He also thoughtfully replaced my lightbulbs while he was here, even though that wasn’t part of the service request. Everything was fixed within the hour, and I really appreciated his last-minute support!
