We just moved in here 2 months ago and our experience has been top-notch from the moment we previewed the property. Our apartment is very clean with modern upgrades, and the location can’t be beat in terms of walkability to bars, restaurants, stores, and sporting events.. not to mention music festivals at Tempe Beach park. The entire team at Emerson: Marissa, Mckenna, Deja, Chuck, Marta, Josh, Jimmy, Brandon have all been so wonderful. Brandon consistently goes above and beyond. Every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been handled promptly and professionally. He’s knowledgeable, efficient, and always takes the time to explain what he’s fixing. Truly appreciate his hard work!
