DO NOT MOVE HERE! Where do I ever start? Property Management has been terrible, there's cat litter everywhere for the snow that never really happened, there's ALWAYS a fire alarm going off in the mailroom, I had a leak in my apartment that never got fully fixed, I've had to change my own air filters, not to mention the storage space in my apartment requires a ladder to get to... yeah it's a great location, but definitely not worth the headaches..
Extremely poorly managed building. When I moved in, they told me they would clean the carpet, I confirmed with them the day before and was told that the apartment was cleaned. When moving in it was abundantly clear no one had stepped foot into the apt. It was dusty, walls were dirty, the thermostat was hanging off the wall by one wire, and the carpet was disgusting. I told them that my thermostat was hanging off the wall and it was clear this apt was never inspected or cleaned and that I had no AC; they came a few days later... read more
