The only reason for the two stars would be they allow me to stay several nights in the NICU with my first son, first baby who was born at 35 weeks and 1 day, and maybe 3 great nurses since he was born. We are working on being on the third week of having to stay there because of feedings. He was making great process of back to back things such as taken off the IV, no longer checking his sugar levels, no oxygen needed, constant weight gain.
