I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the legal representation I received from Emerson Law, hereafter referred to as "Jr." Throughout the course of my case, Jr. demonstrated a lack of initiative, accountability, and professionalism that has left me financially strained and legally disadvantaged. My boyfriend and I requested a free consultation with JR to just get a little more educated about what our true options may be. JR was awesome to talk to. He was personable, but also professional in explaining the ins and outs and the different routes that we could go. We greatly appreciated him taking time out of his busy day to just chat with us a little bit and if I ever need legal help in the future, I will come back to Emerson Law.
JR and his amazing staff have worked with me for around three years and I have been nothing but amazed with their work ethic and dedication. I will always use his services for me legal needs!
If you need an attorney of record, JR is your guy. If you actually need something done, look elsewhere. He will take large amounts of your money and sit quietly; literally a mute in court. The opposing counsel wiped the floor with him. He will cower in the face of opposition until you admit defeat. He cost us big on all fronts! The only person that saved our case was the GAL, that WE pushed for. We are very thankful for her. Very poor advocacy!
