I have been to Emerson Joseph several times over the past few years and have always received top notch service and excellent hair cuts but I hate to say that the hair cut that I received from Michele at the Ballantyne location last week was by far the worst haircut I have ever had. It looked ok when I left but in the past week I have noticed areas where the hair has been cut down to the scalp causing several bald spots and other areas where the hair is standing straight up and wont lie down.
