I was early to my appointment today and they took me right away. The technologist, Gina, was amazing. Super nice-and very gentle! I was in and out in record time. I’ve never had a long wait here. Highly recommend!
Last year I had a good experience with Ellen. Apparently she retired and took all the trauma informed care with her. The tech I had this year clearly didn’t read my record which has a note of prior SA and even as I was sobbing she struggled to show empathy or do any of the things I said would make me feel safe. Also, the gowns aren’t size inclusive at all-the smallest is an xl. I’ll be looking for a more caring place to go next year
People who work here are medically unhealthy (morbidly obese, cognitively impaired,..) and socially inept, which led me to walk out of my appt to go to MGH instead
Very slow
I went to suite 101 for my appointment and I witnessed the receptionist yelling and being rude to the girl for Amazon who was trying to deliver their packages. I genuinely felt so bad for her, she was just doung her job and was being polite. Staff here really needs to change how they address people. I don't plan to continue care here due to Susan's poor communication interactions and skill. It's a sad world we live in.
