From the first text message sent to when he wrapped up the project, we had such a great experience working with Dan! Our heating and air issue was tricky and was definitely a big project to take on, but Dan came up with a plan, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and patiently answered all of our questions. When I arrived home late yesterday evening to my house at 80*, I knew we had an A/C unit problem. I called Emerson jsut before 9:00pm and was pleasantly surprised to get a human and not an answering machine. Dan scheduled around my work schedule today then called ahead on his way and arrived at estimated time. A few parts changed on our 2007 unit, Dan also took the time to clean the unit with my hose from the inside out to increase the air flow/effiency. Dan came out same day, addressing a failing heat pump, I have used a big name industry leader for decades and frankly they have dropped the ball in customer service, not responding to me as a customer. Emerson came out immediately, and within hours we had a new plan,. I would much rather support a small business owner, that works hard locally. Dan gave me his cell phone, said you can call anytime! That is worth its wait in gold during an emergency.
