I’ve been seeing Dr. McShine for years, and I can honestly say he’s one of the best physicians I’ve ever had. He is consistently caring, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Do not go to this location unless you absolutely “have to” - LONG wait times and the worst customer service! The front desk staff are so rude and never seem to know what they’re doing…
If you are a new patient good luck with them, especially the NP. They had to reschedule me 3 times, each time on short notice. The NP refused to see me when I showed up 10 minutes late to an empty clinic, only because the GPS takes you to the wrong location. Very unaccommodating and sounded extremely rude. Not someone to entrust your health to. Not going back there ever again, probably for the better.
Excellent lab technician, caring and reliable primary care providers. While waiting for labs can be slow at times, due to lines, the lab staff are excellent especially the person who does blood draws.
