First of all the receptionist is rude. I was calling for basic information and she talked to me like I had no business calling. Also online it says accepting new patients and “they haven’t in 5 years.” That’s fine but unnecessarily rude is not a good look.
Incredibly rude office receptionist Vivian. My thought would be, dont work with clients directly if you cant articulate effectively. They don't answer their phone and you always have to leave a message.
