I took my Ford truck to Emerson Diesel LLC back in April and im still having issues . I've had my truck for a total of two weeks and its been in the shop since April. They charged me over $18k but never actually fixed the problem. They installed a new motor but since then I've had nothing but problems. The truck still isn't running right, and despite multiple follow ups the issue continue. They charged me thousands of dollars and still haven't fixed the core problem. The most honest place I've found, the owner doesn't beat around the bush, tells it like it is. My truck will not go anywhere else but here.
Blake and Nick were great to work with. They're honest, they communicate, they're competent, and they do what they say they'll do. Highly recommend.
Called him late Monday for a crank no start on my 6.0 and he said get it here got it in on Tuesday at about 945 am and they went above and beyond to get my truck fixed before Friday so I could get back home a few hundred miles away definitely will be coming back
Dropped my 6.0 off because of boost issues. They diagnosed it and gave me options. The repair was done in a timely manner and their staff was professional. Outstanding work, I won't hesitate to come to them for future repairs if need be.
