I was done checking-in, right away. Penny was the best as always.
Both DMD (Malas) and Office Manager were kind and had done some searching in my past dental history. 2 areas of concern were discussed with plan agreed upon.
I had a crown replaced by Dr. Chan and her assistant. Dr. Chan was outstanding! She was very pleasant, professional, personable, and she had excellent bedside manner. The dental procedure that she performed was virtually painless and stressless. I would definitely like her to performed all future procedures.
Before things changed, I was treated by a (now former) outstanding dentist, after being warmly greeted at the reception desk upon both arrival and similarly, they were very considerate upon departure as well. That hospitality part remains. Dr. Sarano, (who no longer is part of this practice) and his well-prepared assistant made a highly skilled team, professional and attentive, making me feel quite silly about previously dreading all of the dental work that had to be completed.
