I just renewed my lease and have been here for over 7 years. I recommend this property very much. I have never had any issues its Great. Blanca Part of The Management team is Steller. She is very attentive and helps Keep this property running Great!!!!
To anyone considering moving here – BEWARE. Make sure you tour the actual apartment you’ll be moving into before signing anything. I was promised that all the issues in mine would be fixed right away, but after almost 11 months, many things are still not taken care of. Maintenance requests are closed and reopened repeatedly (likely so corporate doesn’t see how long they’ve been sitting). I’ve also wasted multiple days waiting for maintenance appointments where no one ever showed up. There is zero accountability in the office... read more
To any resident thinking about living here you should verify that the carpet and padding has been changed, the walls, doors, ceilings and trim have been painted with odor blocking paint and the apartment has a ozone generator or air purifier at minimum of 7 days. Trust me you need to take these steps and verify before you even think of moving into this property. Update: Why would i email you? You don't respond to emails or calls at all.
I want to be perfectly clear when I say this: this 5 star review is for Justin & Kamron only. My girlfriend and I have only been living here for a week at this point, and the first few days were pretty rough. The day before we moved, no one would answer the phone in the front office, BUT, they are currently down a person and drowning (my words, not theirs.
