The parking lot is an unsanitary needle-filled landfill and you have to email the property manager an average of 5 times to get a response to 1/3 of your message. It’s scary to go out at night. There are two functioning washing machines for the entire building.
The place smells like marijuana, there is not free parking and what is worse: new people don't know about it because no all the area is properly label. People living there pay 50 dollars a month for parking, but if parents or others come to visit, they have to park miles away depending on the day. Be prepare to walk a lot if you want to visit someone, and if you are dissable, be prepare to wait, because there are only stairs and more stairs.
