Always had great service years ago Laffaro always a class act great vet. Called today on hold for ten minutes called back told we only have one vet working.The front end cant even keep up with call volume times have changed. I was told we only see our clients list granted haven't been there in a while but I have spent plenty there. Back in the day this didnt happen turning down work?

Dr. Lofaro is most likely, the best Vet in a 100 mile radius. The entire team demonstrates extreme care for our pets. Pricing is very reasonable compared to other vets in the area. You cannot go wrong bringing your fur babies to Emerson Animal Hospital for all your veterinary services.

DO NOT take your pets to Emerson Animal Hospital if you love your pets. This place is horrible because I used to work there and I saw monstrosities brought on by Dr Lofaro. Every evening after the clients left their pets. He would skip their meals every evening who were boarded because he didn't want to have to walk them outside later in the evening. I walked into work early mornings when the pets would be shivering and wailing from cold because Dr Lofaro would turn off the heating every evening before leaving and in the sum... read more
