On 02/02/2023 what I experienced was insultingly offensive customer service accusing me of canceling my appointment but then driving to also make the appointment. Disregarding they forwarded by email and text several reminders for the appointment up to the day before the appointment. When I met with Mr Allen O'bryant my concerns and frustration grew. Horrible service.My dad had an appointment with them at the Macon location the week of the hurricane that got rescheduled.The day of the appointment I called 4 seperatete times to verify the time and got hung up on all 4 times.So when I did show up on what I thought was the right time I was told his appointment was in fort valley.He's never been to that location and the lady that rescheduled never said they moved the location.Take time to at least answer your phones when someone calls and not hang up on them.Remeber you prov... read more
