Service Department goes above and beyond to help their returning customers. Great place for service
If you value your money do not give Emerling Chrysler Dodge Jeep any of your hard earned money. There service department is aweful. 2 different vehicles taken there were unable to fix either. Took to another dealer and solution within 5 min. Also sold an extended warranty that did not stand behind what they said it would do and when traded the vehicle refused to give refund that was due! Terrible service!
A few months back my car was rear ended by a distracted driver I had to go here so that he could calibrate the rear sensors they came up to me and said there was a recall on the airbags in the vehicle and that they had already ordered the parts I wanted to be respectful and say cool thank you in reality I had a gut feeling to decline they sold me with the fact it was free since then I have spent 7 hrs waiting in there lobby only to get my car back unfixed I have been there 4 times and had to take it back into the garage 7 ti... read more
I’m sharing this to warn anyone purchasing a commercial truck from this dealership—especially if it’s being sold with a plow or other up-fit equipment. I purchased a brand-new truck with a plow installed by the dealership. After the purchase, I learned that the plow was oversized for New York State roadways, making the vehicle non-compliant and illegal to operate without a special permit.
