Zach gave us amazing service, both me and my husband had both of our needs met. We couldn’t be more grateful for him! He is an exceptional employee and adds value to the dealership. Disappointed with finance side of Emerling. As expected they ran our credit, but Scott choose to run our credit score 3 different times - causing 3 new hard inquiries on our credit scores without us being aware of the number of runs that would be done against us. We made him aware of how upset we were about this, and he offered no assistance.
I tend to be the type of person that has horrible luck when it comes to interacting with auto dealerships. I just would like to acknowledge Emerling Dodge for taking great care of some issues I was experiencing with my Ram 1500 Classic that was purchased from another dealership a little over 2 years ago. It truly drives like a new vehicle now that the problems I have been chasing for over a year have been straighted out. Thank you so much, Emerling Dodge!
