Stopped in on a whim to look at this beauty never dreaming they’d make me a deal to trade my ‘26 Equinox and yet 3 hours later it was done. Yesterday 7/14 I went in to test drive a Rebel, but then the RHO caught my eye as well. Colleen was the sales rep that helped me out. She was fast at getting the trucks so I could take them for a quick drive. I fell in love with the Rho and bought it/ took it home that day. Everything was completed within 4.5 hours. I love this place and they had great service and a nice sales women.
Horrible customer service, no communication at all. I never got a call back after multiple promises from multiple people I would. Was sold tires with a warranty and that was a lie.
