A Wonderful Place for Mom Chambrel has been a very positive move for our mom. They have provided her with everything that was discussed in our initial meeting and more. Mom is very happy and safe at Chambrel and I love the fact that everyone is so friendly! There is little to no turn-around in the staff...and that says a lot right there. Not Good My mother moved to Vickery Towers 1-1/2 years ago in the assisted living section and has had a bad experience. The food is horrible. The wait staff avoids looking at anyone so they do not have to wait on them. Sometimes the food arrives to the table cold. The elevators are extremely slow and always broken. Some of the staff is rude and most are practically unresponsive when the call button is pressed. They are inexperienced with some standard geriatric care. The place is disorganized. Safely Somewhere-Vickery Towers Vickery Towers is a beautiful Senior living community right in the Heart of Dallas. My mom, father, and mother-in-law all live here and they love it.The staff is attentive and they know everyone by name.When you have two parents with Dementia, Its great to know that they are in good hands.
Vickery Towers - Incredible people What a transformation from just a couple years ago. The new Vickery Towers is a breath of fresh air. Chef Nick puts on a great show for the residents. If there's something you'd like to eat and he doesn't have it he orders right away. My mother has gained so much weight and loves the food. The nursing staff are so attentive, nurse Carla is wonderful. Everyone is so nice and full of smiles when you walk in the door. Thank you Vickery Towers for making my mother so happy!!!
A Plus Automotive is THE BEST! My family started taking our cars here a couple of years ago. Marcos the owner is so trustworthy and honest!!! He has offered other alternatives that are cheaper fixes instead of him charging us, and you don't see that often. I give them an A+ for customer service, honesty and integrity!
