Clean, nursing staff is excellent While many nursing homes seem to get a bad rap, Summer Wind Assisted Living seems to be doing a good job of breaking the stereotype. The facility is clean and nicley furnished. Patients are cared for by nursing staff in a respectful manner. As with any nursing home/assisted living, turnover rate for employees is very high because of the demanding requirements of the job.
