RecommendedMy mother has been there for almost a year. It has been very difficult moving her from her home to Brookdale. But very necessary for her safety and health. It is costly, but she is in a safe place and is happy. Thank you to all the staff for caring for my mom.
I have several clients at Brookdale West Boynton Beach and I have only heard great things. From my own experience, the community is very well maintained, clean and beautiful and all of the administrators, and staff are caring, knowledgable and extremely qualified at their jobs. I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a community, even for my own family.
Brookdale West Boynton Beach is a beautiful community. It has 2 beautiful outdoor courtyards, a pool and the staff is amazing.
Whatever you do don't encourage your elderly parent to live here. My father has gotten $650 rent increases in 5 years, the apt is a dump and the responses are very slow when you ask for help. The elevator is ancient and breaks down frequently and the greed of this corporation is despicable to make more money. Now looking for a place for my 88 yr old dad that will not cause him angst every year, feels like he is being penalized for being alive.
