Do not bid new projects to Emerick, they have been removed from jobsites for lack of payment to subcontractors @ Frog Pond ES. Yet some how they can still bid new work. They will not pay you on time or at all.
Company has been paid by owner for a job and screwed ALL of it's subs over. WHY? Greed? We will be pursuing legal action.
