The most rude staff you can imagine. Claim not to take my insurance although it’s listed on the website and I verified with my insurance company. Then they changed it to only existing patients, which I let them know I was. They said yes but you haven’t been here in 3 years. I’m sorry I wasn’t sick in that time frame so did my existence run out in 3 years? Not one person has a clue about what they are doing and they talk to you like you’re trash. I have been a patient at Emergimed for years. Dr. Benjamin Chouake is a very kind and knowledgeable doctor who takes the time to listen to his patients. Other doctors in the office are thorough as well. I've always found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. I give Emergimed 5 stars without hesitation.
Absolutely terrible the staff waiting etc... after 3 hours stop being there and an hour plus of being in a room they came back to me and told me they have the wrong name and had been putting in my vitals into some else's record. Omg terrible
Worst practice ever--would give it zero stars if I could. Dingy and rundown. Highly disorganized, and still relying only on paper records--if you need a prescription, you literally have to go there in person and get a paper prescription. I made an appointment with Dr. Chouake for 10:30 AM. Let me say that again--I made an appointment. Two and a half hours later I was still waiting and was told that there were still 3 more patients ahead of me.
