Urgent care that closes on the weekend = worthless.
They lied about giving allergy shot after co pay was paid. Was refunded but wasted time. Had to go to Colorado springs for one.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE, CONCENTRA EMERGICARE, PUEBLO, CO! QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES AT WORST, SLOPPY AT BEST. I had to have surgery in Denver last September 24. A few days before surgery, September 19. I caught a common cold. I called my surgeon to ask if that was problematic? They said it shouldn't be a problem as long as it was not Covid, RSV, Pneumonia,etc and suggested I get a nasal swab at my doctor's office. First, I used to really like this Urgent Care facility. The doctor (MD) listened to you as a patient & actually helped. Today I went for a bee sting. I am a beekeeper & occasionally get stung. I have severe localized reactions (are non-life threatening & I know what I need to subside the swelling; my NP is closed on Fridays). Called to see if the doctor I like was on duty. This place is garbage! Saucy workers! Uncoordinated! Late! No regard for your services or health. This place is not helpful at all!!
