My son had strep last month before winter break and I lost doctors not that excused him the whole week since he came in on Tuesday the guy that seen him exscused him the week. I called to try and get it and they they wouldn’t excuse him the whole time the other excuse slip was for. They tried to tell me that I was lying. Now I’m facing getting in trouble because my son was sick a lot this year and the exuse he was given first had him not getting in trouble. I will not go there again.
They took great care of my daughter. We came in with a very urgent matter and as soon as I got done with paperwork they got her back and fixed up. They were busy but ensured my child received prompt and professional care. The nurses and receptionist were very nice and helpful the entire time. The doctor is great, he is nice and will listen to his patients concerns and symptoms. I am very lucky I came across this urgent care during this time.
