Great team at EmergOrtho , from Brandy at front desk to all the staff, including Pt/oT heroes ! Dr Riely is a great Doctor always friendly and willing to listen ,… as a retired Nurse I know good care when I see it ! Thanks so much for what you do !
I recommend going to the Asheville office if you can. The staff here are just rude, abrupt, and don't seem to care at all. The blonde Receptionist who checked me in was actually very nice and tried to be helpful. She was the only one who seemed to notice I could barely stand. The check-in system was ridiculous. I had to stand there on crutches and answer a ton of questions. Then answer the same questions on a check-in pad. And then a 3rd time once in a room.
