I had a 9:00 appointment for an initial assessment and was 5 minutes late. They said not to worry because he was running behind. I had x-rays done and then a conversation with the doctor. He explained everything very thoroughly and was easy to understand. My only issue was the length of service which was about an hour and 45 minutes.
